Upload Order Form
Unzip the downloaded “SuperCart.zip” file and you will find various files including this documentation on offline HTML version. There you will find a directory/folder named “orderforms”, Go into that ‘orderforms’ directory/folder and upload all of there files (10 folder/directory – SuperCart_Default, SuperCart_Default_Ajax, SuperColorful, SuperColorful_Ajax, SuperFlat, SuperFlat_Ajax, SuperFlip, SuperFlip_Ajax, SuperModern, SuperModern_Ajax, etc… ) to your whmcs site hosting
whmcs root (installation) directory > templates > orderforms using an FTP program.
Activate/Change Order Form
To activate/change the default order form template to be used by the system for product selection, configuration, view cart, domains, product addons and checkout etc stages:
Navigate to Setup > General Settings
Select the Ordering tab. Select your desired order form template from the Default Order Form Template section.
Your selection should be between (SuperCart_Default) OR (SuperCart_Default_Ajax). Otherwise, sub/child order forms will not work for Ajax based version, that comes with our SuperCart order form template.
click Save Changes.
Activate/Change Order Form for a Product Group
A different order form template can be selected for product selection and configuration stages of the ordering process. This is done on a per product group basis.
Navigate to Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services
Click the Edit icon next to the product group you wish to edit.
1. In the Order Form Template section, select the Use Specific Template option.
2. Select your desired Order Form Template, from between the SuperCart_Default, SuperCart_Default_Ajax, SuperColorful, SuperColorful_Ajax, SuperFlat, SuperFlat_Ajax, SuperFlip, SuperFlip_Ajax, SuperModern, SuperModern_Ajax etc.
Finally click Save Changes.
The selected order form template will now be used for the product selection and configuration stages of the ordering process whenever a product within this product group is selected.
The System default order form template will be used for the view cart and checkout stages of the order process. For more information on Product Groups, please refer to http://docs.whmcs.com/Product_Groups
